Trace route to the servers

Yeah, the name can contain "par", "ams" etc. But the IP location is Unated States (atleast it say so). For example first server I picked up randomly from lists I posted above:
be2815.ccr41.ams03.atlas.cogentco.com
It contain "Ams", maybe Amsterdam? Lets see - IP of this domain is 154.54.38.205. Alanysis saying that location is U.S. Company with center in Washington.
